Betty - always gave support for all of our ventures.  Her house concerts
became the center for meeting people with musical interest that eventually
led us to have weekly jams every Wednesday night for eight years.  Betty
would come when she could, and always had interesting songs for us to sing.
Our Occasional String Band & the Living Tradition are tributes to Betty,
for without her, they never would have come together - thanks Betty for 25
years of knowing your friendhsip.  I know that you will be with us for the
rest of our lives.  We love you - Carty
