Below is a list of spam subject lines for spam advertising sites and/or including web bugs hosted by UUNet's customer Quixotik. This is not an exhaustive list. It's just a chunk of what I've received mostly in the last weeks of October, 2002. This document is a supplement to my call for an MCI/UUnet/WorldCom boycott.

Many of the subject lines contain the crude sexual references. They aren't pleasent to see among your incoming mail, and they aren't pleasent here. But to try to describe the spam that Quixotik is supporting, I do need to list this.

I don't like getting that mail; you probably don't either. UUNet is in the best position to put a stop to it and to take action which will actually cost the spammers money. So far, after weeks of reports (each of the above were reported) and several follow-up phone calls, they seem unwilling or unable to do what needs to be done. This boycott of MCI may be just the thing to get them to take action against their spamming customers.
